Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the presales team to conduct site surveys and assessments. This involves evaluating the customer's location, infrastructure, and specific requirements to determine the ideal setup and deployment for the robot.

· Responsible for setting up, commissioning the robot on-site and ensuring the robot is ready for operation. To be the main operator of robotics on site for the projects.

Education & Experience

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Management, Economics & Logistics related studies.

· Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry with knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.

Language and Communication Skills

· Must be able to read, write and speak English and Japanese fluently.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including conducting reference checks, to attract and retain top talent.

· Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process, which includes coordinating orientation, access card issuance, IT coordination, and exit clearance.

· Prepare and administer a variety of HR-related letters, such as employment contracts, confirmation, promotions, and employment certificates.

· Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, including WP, SPass, EP, Dep Pass, and LOC.

· Administer worksite-related passes, managing applications, renewals, and cancellations for passes like Jurong Island, SIC, and terminal passes.

· Maintain accurate employee records in the PAYMASTER System and P-file, ensuring data integrity.

· Process training applications, manage training grant filings, and maintain training-related documentation.

· Address employee inquiries on diverse HR matters, providing accurate and helpful information.

· Oversee monthly payroll processing, including overtime hours and timely submission of statutory payments.

· Handle statutory submissions such as CPF, IR8A, and IR21, ensuring compliance with regulations.

· Participate in statutory and ad-hoc surveys as required.

· Manage leave administration, medical insurance, and work injury compensation.

· Collaborate with government authorities and agencies on employee-related matters.

· Contribute to the development and implementation of new HR programs, projects, and policies/SOPs.

· Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR operations.

· Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly strong MS Excel skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and robust analytical abilities.

· Strong command of oral and written communication.

Job Scope:

1. Coordinate with customers and plan for job schedules. Evaluate customer needs and respond effectively with a good plan.
2. Liaise with the Service Operations team on customers’ feedbacks and complaints.
3. Liaise with the Service Operations team for rental machine orders - On Hire and Off Hiring Process, New/Used Machine sale scope of sales confirmation.

5. Liaise with Accounts department and support sales team for monthly recoveries - Outstanding recoveries.

Training Administration

1. Check Training invoices, administer Training Grants and corporate Grants.

2. To Track and update incoming funds and maintain proper records.

Legal Administration

1. Generate data and liaise with Lawyers on Demand letters.

2. Track and maintain incoming funds.

3. Maintain records of corporate legal bills.

4. Prepare files for potential SCT claim.

5. Might require to meet employees on a regular basis to resolve any RWN issues.

General HR Administration

1. Perform WICA related administration.

2. Monthly process payments for Union and maintain accurate data of unionized members.

3. Monitor and renew Various corporate license / membership applications.

Basic Functions:

• Carries out product development related activities and supports to stability studies, trouble shooting, customer complaints and other special requirements.

Duties:

• Carries out experiments, assays as assigned by the project leader.
• Complies to the ISO 13485 / FDA QSR 21 CFR: PART 820 standards for the Research & Development laboratory.
• Prepares study protocol, conducts experiments and provides data for new products or reports in supporting operation and marketing on technical issues, customer special requirement, complaint and problem solving.
• Generates necessary documentation for procedures and standards for product development and launching.
• Provides supports to stability studies by carrying out assays and producing reports as assigned by the Research Scientist and Manager.
• Other projects/tasks assigned by the Department Head and project leader.
