Responsible for compiling accurate and timely reports about staff development to Head Office. Support Admin Manager in office administrative matters in the Singapore office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and compile up-to-date staff data and statistic reports to the Head Office
• Responsible for preparing notification materials and submission to the Head Office
• Responsible for office renovation and maintenance
• Responsible for office car leasing
• In charge of Expatriate management
• Responsible for Tenancy Agreement
• Office procurement of pantry supplies and office stationery
• Manage corporate travel arrangement
• Up keeping of daily staff attendance
• Organize corporate team-building
• Taking minutes of meeting
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· GCE ‘A’ level / Diploma in Business Administrative

· Minimum 8 years of related experience

· Excellent communication and writing skills both in English & Mandarin to communicate with Chinese Stakeholders in China.

· Good Computer skills MS Office; Word, Excel & PowerPoint

· Highly detail oriented, good organizational skills
