Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform land surveying works and measurement using a variety of specialist technical equipment
• Work closely with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and engineering team to ensure timely construction according to baseline programme
• Follow the plans to provide surveyor points and gridlines for the construction works
• Assist the site team to manage the field and design interfaces with engineers and supervisors
• Ensure works are executed according to contract specifications
• Manage and develop and less experienced co-workers
• Verify accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations
• Provide survey reports, maintain and store accurate notes, records as well as drawings
• Good record system on reliable and accurate notes, records and drawings
• Responsible for surveys/ plot/ survey data
• Maintain survey equipment and tools
• Liaise with clients/authorities on technical issues
• Detect discrepancies between construction drawings and site condition

Requirements (Qualifications and Experience):

• Possesses a certificate in levelling and setting out
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
• Must be familiar with land surveyor equipment and 3D visualisation
• Able to work independently or as a team
• Candidate with LTA MRT projects and tunnelling experience will be an advantage
