• Main point of contact for MOM Primary Care Plan operators and company panel clinic.
• Responsible for travel claims administration and verification.
• Update and maintain company and department organization charts.
• Assist in Payroll administration scope.
• Provide advice to queries from internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and ensure proper documentation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum a recognized Diploma in any discipline.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration roles.
• Experience in insurance or medical benefit administration will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and under fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Eye for details, meticulous and well-organized.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
