Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Work with sales team to understand to develop detailed project plans outlining key milestones, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
2. Supplier Management: Place orders with suppliers and logistics stakeholders to ensure that the projects are delivered on time
3. Team Coordination: Coordinate with teammates and partners to achieve timelines and goals
4. Budget Management: Track project expenses, monitor budget utilization, and identify cost-saving opportunities where possible.
5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact project success. Develop mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and alternative solutions to address unforeseen challenges.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, agreements, correspondence, and change orders. Generate progress reports, performance metrics, and post-project evaluations for analysis and improvement.

Qualifications:

• High proficiency in written and spoken mandarin is mandatory as you will be working with suppliers from China
• Bonus: Past experience as a project manager, preferably in the corporate gifts industry or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Asssist Project Managers in determining and defining project scope and objectives
• Assist in predicting resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Assist with project schdedule and support with administrative work
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to project managers
• Research on best practices, techniques, and standards used in project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management
