• Process CN (Credit Notes) and DN (Debit Notes) requisition for required transactions
• Process and follow-up on RGA and Consignment return request.
• Files all correspondence to be in compliance to SOP and WI
• Responsible to manage all aspects of the assigned accounts for APAC region and intercompany

Requirement

• Minimum NITEC Holders
• 3-5 years of experience in Orders Processing & Fulfilment, Shipping and L/C Documentation
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role
• Passionate about customer service and Excellent communication skill
• High level of integrity and able to work under stress with on-time deliverables
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player and proactive in team discussion
• Problem solving kills; to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
• Self starter and independent

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operations Executive specializing in transportation. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to transportation on-site in Singapore. They will oversee activities related to freight forwarding, container haulage, forwarding agency services, and warehousing.

1. Responsible on various report submission on time including but not limited to:

• a. Daily Warehouse Activities Report
• b. Daily Import/Export Container status Report
• c. Detention monitoring Tracking Report
• d. Container Reuse Status Report

2. Plan & manage deployment of a team of Traffic Controller. Discuss on the improvement with superior if necessary

3. Plan & manage duty roster of Traffic Controller weekly or any appropriate time period

4. Arrange for duty take over when Traffic Controller is on leave. To back up if necessary

5. Resolve any safety related issue or recovery including but not limited to:

• a. Vehicle Parking issue
• b. Driver Safety Violation Issue
• c. Accident Recovery

6. Plan & manage to ensure all customers trucking activities are fulfilled

7. Monitor the performance of a team of Traffic Controller and ensure jobs under their scope are dutifully completed (IOU/trip incentive/ TBM/etc)

• a. Ensure Traffic Controller provide real-time
• update of job progress into system
• b. Ensure Traffic Controller carry out toolbox meeting

8. Plan, request and track progress of container reuse

9. Ensure staff work safely in a safe workplace

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills
• Experience in Operations Management and Logistics
• Analytical Skills
• Diploma qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the transportation industry
• Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team
