Job responsibilities:

The officer is part of the team responsible for processing employment claims at the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM). The job entails customer service, access the feasibility of executing Writ of Seizure and Sale (WSS) and case processing work.

The officer will monitor payment for Settlement Agreements (SAs) and Employment Claims Tribunals (ECT) orders. The officer will assess the cases and provide timely assistance and advice to the workers.

He/She will report directly to the Sales Manager (if applicable), or directly to Managing Director and General Manager and will regularly update them on sales pipeline, discussion progress and implements activities to achieve the targets set by the Company. Our sites are typically constructions sites belonging to JTC, LTA, HDB and other private entities.

Requirements:

- Must be self driven and have an entrepreneurial mindset

- Be able to have a helicopter view and yet provide that personal rapport when meeting clients.

- Prefer those with sales background

- Those with prior heavy machinery or construction equipment sales or rental experience will have an added advantage.

- possess a valid and minimum Class 3 driving license

- Good communications and soft people skills

- be able to submit daily updates, and weekly reports to management

• Perform full set of accounts

Logistics Executive (Customs Declaration) :

1. Perform permit declaration with full compliance to Singapore Customs regulations and handle all shipping documentations.
2. Follow up closely on all open cases and seek solutions to process the customs clearance.
3. Handle customers’ escalations and expedite the permit declaration based-on priority level.
4. Responsible for onboarding new projects.
5. Oversee customs declaration team and any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Possess Customs Competency Certification.
2. Have at least 5 years’ experience in hands on experience in permit declaration and shipping.
3. Knowledge in TradeNet.
4. Able to adapt in fast-pace environment

• Coordinate regulatory documentation and sample requests – process and track requests, expedite documents and samples, ensure all requests are fulfilled.
• Prepare assigned administrative duties such as raising QAFs, Sample POs, etc.
• Update assigned Purchasing databases such as ICC new codes.
• Coordinate Sample POs - expedite and ensure prompt deliveries of items.
• Assist in maintaining information for the Global Purchasing Database.
• Assist buyers in projects coordination.
• Assist in office administrative duties such as distribution of incoming mails and parcels.

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, GCE ‘A’ Level or years of similar experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
