Job Description

• Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects.
• Provide direction and support for the project team
• Monitor and report project progress to all parties concerned
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

As a Programmes Resource Coordinator, he/she will coordinate the packing of teaching resources and assisting trainers in receiving them, to ensure the smooth operation of the programmes. This role requires excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Main responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of different programmes.

1. Planning and Coordination

• Review monthly material list.
• Review enrolment numbers.
• Plan packing cycle according to projected dates for collection of teaching resources.
• Fulfil requests for additional packing tasks
• Oversee packing process and provide relevant support to packing team.

2. Inventory Management and Procurement

• Take stock of teaching resources (experiment materials, teaching slides, lesson plans, stationery, student labcoats) and update on inventory data system for procurement and production actions.
• Housekeeping of soft copy resources.
• Prepare teaching resources (eg, making additional sets of materials, testing equipment and props and
• Receive and unpack new shipment items.
• Print and bind books

3. Packing and Distribution

• Supervise packers to pack and sort teaching materials for classes.
• Support trainers during collection time.

4. Post-Packing Management

• Inform packers to unpack and sort teaching materials.
• Ensure all materials are returned to shelves and packing area is neat and clean.

5. Support Robotics Programme

• Pack teaching resources (teaching cards, robot accessories and props) and prepare sufficient sets of tablets and robots
• Unpack and sanitise tablets and robots upon arrival in office.
• Sort and gather teaching resources
• Duplicate materials (eg laminate documents or create additional props)

Required skills and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in packing processes or coordination role
• Minimum Higher Nitec in business administration and/or logistics
• Proficiency in Google spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Good team player
• Good interpersonal skills with professional communication skill
• Ability to multitask and handle requests in a steadfast manner
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily customer service activities, including handling calls and emails, and contacting Lucky Draw winners (if applicable).
  Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Periodically update LED messages at petrol stations, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.
• Assist with the printing of member cards and SPC vouchers.
  Handle SPC voucher procurement, department procurement, and other procurement needs for service stations.
  Coordinate courier services and pest control measures for the stations.
• Provide general administrative support to the department and undertake any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative and/or customer service support.

- Liaise/correspondence with HQ, clients, authorities, consultants, QS, purchaser, sub-contractors and stakeholders in regard with site matters.

- Update master list and transmit to all parties the receiving of architectural, structural and M&E construction drawings.

- Monitor sub-contract shop drawings for submission and approval.

- Monitor materials sample submission for consultant/client approval.

- Monitor and ensure that all discrepancies of drawings/information are resolved in the shortest time.

- Daily monitor site activities and report back to Project Manager of site progress against planned schedule & target milestones. To perform daily site inspection to ensure work progress is up to speed and concurrently ensure works performed comply with safe work methods.

- To daily resolve site problems either with the structure Engineer, Architectural Coordinator, M&E Engineer or Resident Engineer to achieve smooth operation at site.

- Inspect and check site works to ensure all works comply with contract and specifications. And to accompany client's architect/stakeholders for site walk and inspection.

- Attend technical/progress meeting and conduct site meetings as and when require.

1. In charge of M&E site works and assist M&E Manager, PM and PD.

2. Planning, coordination and ordering of M&E’s equipment, materials and manpower into site with the incorporation of builder’s works.

3. Planning weekly & monthly work schedule, controlling and monitoring on M&E site work and reporting to Higher Management.

4. Supervise and liaise with internal team, subcontractors and other parties for settling technical issues to ensure a smooth workflow.

5. Ensure M&E subcontractors follow the builder’s schedule and approved drawings & specifications.

6. Identify clash between M&E work and other parties, specify alternative design and construction methods as needed.

7. Conduct M&E coordination meeting & site walk with subcontractors, consultants and client.

8. Oversee inspections of all M&E installations and finishing, and arrange inspection for RTOs, RE and client.

9. Check and verify the monthly progress payment, variation orders raised by M&E contractors before submit to QS and PM.

10. Liaise with client, consultants, structure & architectural team and subcontractors.

11. Works on drafting shop-drawing if necessary

12. In-charge of M&E related authority submission and submission of M&E RI to acquire TOP certificate.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors & engineers.

• Manage and prepare models and shop drawing to support the construction works

• Coordination of structural works during construction process.

• Good knowledge of structure and architectural details

• Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve structure design discrepancies and construction issues.

• Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects

• Liaise with Clients, Consultants and prepare/conduct weekly progress reports and technical meetings

• Ensure the subcontractors and vendors follow the specifications and standards in the project VDC implementation.

• Should have an experience in large scale projects

• A good team player & able to meet tight deadlines

• Raise RFIs, oversee resolution of disputes/coordination issues with his/her respective trade subcontractors

• Conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution.

• Able to conduct QA/QC to the BIM models.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural

• Min 3 years of coordination experience

• Familiar with Building & Construction regulation of Singapore

• Good knowledge of Structural Specifications & Requirements

• Experience on producing shop drawing- Structure / Architecture

• Have experience with Substation/SP/LTA project is a MUST.

• Must be expert and specialist in Revit and AutoCAD.

• Should know (Revit, Navisworks & BIM 360) as well.

• Industry BIM Certification (Revit Professional, BCA BIM courses) is preferred

• Fluency with Bluebeam or other markup and design review tools will be advantage.

• Strong interpersonal skill and ability to develop positive relations with different stakeholders.

• Self-driven and good time management
