Roles & Responsibilities

Workplace safety and Health Coordinator (WSHC)

- Ensure the provision of the Workplace Safety & Health Act and any Regulations made there under are complied with;

- Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environmental health hazard;

- Point out and discuss environmental health irregularities such as mosquito and fly breeding, rodent infestation, noise/ dust/ smoke/water pollution, poor housekeeping, earth littering, poor refuse management, poor maintenance of sanitary facilities, etc. with the occupier of the construction site and recommend measures to rectify such irregularities;

- Report and submit a Site Environmental Control Report to the occupier of the construction site once every monthly

Earth Control Measures Officer (ECMO)

- Specific responsibilities and duties of the Earth Control Measures Officer shall emphasize on the following main areas of concern:Implementation of Earth Control Measure (ECM) Plan according to the QECP’s design

- Familiar and experience to lead the project team to achieve the PUB Environmental Impact Workshop. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multiple interior design projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator/Project Manager or similar role in the interior design or construction industry.
