Position: Shipping Coordinator (Job ID: 19319)

Working hour:

Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm,

Saturday - 8am to 2pm (x1 time per month with duty allowance for 6 hours of work, currently can work from home)

Job Description:

• Shipping Documentation – Prepare and manage large volume of shipping documentations (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders and Airway Bill) by stipulated daily schedules to facilitate outbound shipment delivery to customers
• Document Control and Accuracy – Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete and comply with industry regulations and Company standards
• Logistics Coordination – Coordinate import shipment documentations with forwarders for timely transportation to Warehouse
• Communication – Act as the main point of contact with regards to any shipping enquiries and workclosely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of daily operations
• Reporting – Perform operation management reports

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
• Possess minimum 1 year of relevant logistics experience in handling import & export shipping documentation
• Knowledge of standard shipping & business documents & their terminology will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Have good written and verbal communication skills
• Have initiative and is a team player
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
• Responsible for attendance to daily site co-ordination meeting and provide detail co-ordination with sub contractors.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in M&E Engineering or relevant; with at least 2 years of experience.
• Willing to work on weekends if site required.
