The Cluster FP&A Manager will be dedicated to MedTech sector and will partner with Finance leader of the large cluster in enabling Business Unit Finance’s success in Planning & Updates, Reporting, and Analytics activities. • Establish contracts in support of facilities management & maintenance of various infrastructure e.g. ACMV / M&E services, BMS, Gas and Chemical Systems, Security Access Control, Cleaning & Pest Control, Landscaping, General Building services etc.
• Engage internal stakeholders and various external parties e.g. Landlord, Contractors, Supplier in keeping A*STAR facilities relevant and vibrant.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in project development and / or facilities management in research and/ or industrial facility.
• A self-driven and meticulous individual who has the strong ability to multi-task.
• Good time management skills and ability to deliver results under tight timelines.
• Possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and organization skills.
• Confident to communicate at all levels and able to thick creatively and apply strategic thinking to tasks.
