Job Purpose

The Regional HR Operations Manager - SEA, is responsible for supporting all people-related matters and day-to-day implementation of HR initiatives and policies at an operational level in order to achieve high performance and high engagement organization.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in product management with a focus on software application projects.
• Candidate with small to medium sized application software implementation projects who would like to pivot their career to product management is encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of agile product management and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE-2 or LEAN Six Sigma or CBAP or Scrum will be an advantage.
• Cross-disciplinary understanding at least one of the business functions such as logistics, warehouse, fulfillment, customer relationships, e-commerce
• Familiar with emerging technologies and digital solutions in the market
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• An innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward.
• Kindly note that the position is based in Jurong.
