Job Description

• Individual who hunts for business opportunities in Singapore and Regional
• Responsible for operational level understand of the requirement of the client, conduct site visits, site feasibility, solar system design and complete execution.
• Involved in business development and structure commercial agreements for Solar projects including reviewing terms & conditions of contracts.
• Liaise and collaborate with suppliers, customers, EPC partners and government.
• Sensitive to the market trend and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop clientele base and sales
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Requirements

· Candidate with experience in solar project execution will be in advantage

· Good knowledge of the solar/renewables energy business, ideally with experience in the Singapore market

· Strong business acumen, communication and coordination skills.

Job Scope

Leads the regional Service and Customer Support needs of customers served. Develops and drives the service business to exceed annual revenue and profit targets. The role will involve direct management of the ICOS and SPTS service support resources and coordinating support from other support orgs to ensure a positive customer experience for Packaging Channel customers across all product lines.

Customer Service

• Build strong customer relationships, establish technical credibility and penetrate at all levels of the customer’s technical organization
• Handles all facets of customer retention and satisfaction including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy.
• Be proactive with customer management to identify potential areas of improvement and drive resolution (tool or customer service related)

Business / Finance

• Forecast and help manage yearly business revenue

Overview of the Role

Rystad Energy is seeking a proven Account Manager with a strong track record of strategic account management and business development to manage, retain, and grow the firm’s largest Global Accounts in APAC. The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for owning the international franchisee relationship and recommending tactics and products to improve overall performance and profitability as it relates to a master franchisee’s technology profile. They are expected to build healthy relationships with international master franchisees, analyze, consult, educate, and propose solutions for technical implementations. The Manager will oversee a team of technical consults and be the main point of contact for all technical implementations and monitor any issues or concerns.
