Job Description:

• Responsible for maximising total return for the portfolio of properties assigned, including working with the property management & leasing department to improve occupancy, revenue (rental and other income) and reduce costs.
• Tenant & lease management of assigned portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible to conduct research to advise management on tax implications of cross-border transactions and/or transfer pricing and planning for tax efficient profit repatriation and assist in tax efficient structuring of acquisitions and divestment of real estate properties.
