Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Building Services or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in managing building & M&E services in retail/ commercial/ hospitality properties.

• Proficient in MS Office- Word and Excel.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organised, meticulous and good with paperwork.

Job Description

• Work hand in hand with sales team to plan delivery schedule for new product releases and restock requests in accordance to internal shipping guidelines
• Manage the import procedure for finished goods from country of origin to local warehouse
• Coordinate with local warehouse to arrange products for pick and pack
• Handle full range of export functions of company’s products to different stakeholders across our network of distributors
• Ensure inventory accuracy for both local and overseas warehouses and conduct periodic cycle count and disposal
• Liaise with 3rd party logistics providers to obtain shipping quotes and compare costing for raw materials import shipment
• Work closely with Events Team to ship promotional materials timely and accurately
• Pick, pack and arrange courier shipments
• Drive continuous improvement for internal processes and optimize logistics costs
• Manage 3rd party logistics providers and assist with implementation of logistics processes, monitor their performances, and ensure maintenance of their service level commitments and costs
• Verify 3rd party logistics providers’ billing invoices
• Prepare product availability report and send out to stakeholders fortnightly
• Support in internal and external audits

Job Requirements

• Relevant studies in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Has knowledge in import and export procedures in terms of Air & Sea freight

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with, and execute trades for portfolio managers across different cryptocurrency assets and trading strategies
• Book trades, monitor positions and risks in the portfolios
• Implement and maintain codebase for algorithmic trading strategies
• Monitor uptime and performance, investigate technical issues of algorithmic trading strategies
• Maintain trading counterparty and broker relationships
• Work with developers and quantitative analysts to improve systems, optimise strategies

• Work across market time zones, which include nights and weekends

What’s Required

• 1-2 years of experience in trading in any asset class, knowledge in FX Options or Cryptocurrencies is advantageous

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overseeing daily procurement functions and ensuring adherence to designated budget.

- Procure suppliers and issue RFQ requests following departmental procedures.

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate the most advantageous purchase packages in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery, and service with suppliers.

- Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of supplies to vessels.

- Maintain up-to-date purchasing records and pricing utilizing ERP software.

- Process invoices in the system and, if necessary, follow up with accounts to ensure prompt payment in accordance with procedures.

- Ensure proficient execution of routine purchasing tasks and administrative responsibilities.

- Assist with and engage in other technical tasks as needed, particularly in filing and maintaining technical reports.
