Overview

In this role you will support the Outlet Operations Manager in delivering quality assurance and customer satisfaction. You will be the expert in aligning company objectives by developing operational procedures and training outlet staff for optimising business and financial performance. This involves cross functional collaboration to plan, coordinate and manage outlet activities to achieve business synergy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Outlet Operations Manager in managing all outlets’ overall operations
• Work with the Strategy team to plan, develop and implement sales target, strategies and monitoring mechanisms to achieve outlet revenue growth
• Assist LWB’s Quality Assurance Executive to ensure outlet operations are compliant with ISO standards
• Ensure that outlets’ premise is in good working condition
• Update training handbook and standard operating procedures for outlet operations
• Lead, motivate and train the outlet team to boost staff morale and facilitate succession planning
• Conduct preliminary performance appraisal and exit interviews
• To manage outlet staff grievances and conflicts and issue disciplinary action when necessary
• Provide timely feedback to the Outlet Operations Manager with regards to outlet activities

About the Business Architecture Function and Team

The Manager - Business Architecture APAC role is a functional leadership position, reporting to the Head of Business Architecture, APAC within the CL/SCM product. Due to the business’ operational footprint, this will require a mix of direct and remote management approaches to ensure

Specific Accountabilities

• Lead and manage regional IT projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinating with external vendors and internal teams for the flawless execution of projects.
• The role requires extensive cross function collaboration (with strong potential for cross-border/regional work) to deliver a high standard of output including (but not limited to): process optimization, technology integration, digitization, and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain, Business Management or relevant technical field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the logistics, 3PL and supply chain industry across various market segments (e.g. electronics, healthcare, consumer & retail, automotive, etc)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business architecture, business solutions management, process improvement, or a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• In depth knowledge of Warehouse management systems. Prior experience with Infor WMS is advantageous.
• Excellent organisation, coaching skills and leadership demonstration with workstream leaders
• Self-starter with positive attitude to overcome problems effectively and able to work under own initiative with minimal supervision and work closely with workstream owners on changes where required
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing business solutions that deliver operational efficiency and growth
• Strong experience with software development methodologies and technologies, such as Agile, DevOps, and Cloud computing.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and integrate software systems with business processes and data, leveraging modern programming languages and frameworks.

JOB PURPOSE

• Expedite existing supplier purchase back orders for stocking and/or specific customer requirements. For those situations where greater effort and relationship is required to achieve satisfactory results.
• Target and sign new franchises.
• Determine initial inventory investment, execute on supplier development plan.
• Perform range reviews to determine top non line items to create and purchase.
• Assign quotes by branch and balance workload across quoting positions in a business unit.
• Update cost books, lead-time, factory stock, cross reference files for dashboard and business unit shared drive.
• Adjust CBO pricing upwards in appropriate business conditions (supplier cost increase, restricted availability, etc).
• Prepare and present product related material to increase knowledge base of marketers and / or sales. Includes arrangement of suppliers / reps to conduct training sessions.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Degree qualification or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience focused on product marketing.
• Experienced in the electronics industry within distribution, component manufacturers and/or EMS companies is highly advantageous but not a must.
• Overseas travel is required for this position.

About the Role

- Relationship manager to assigned divisions within the district.

- Work closely with the Constituency Offices of assigned divisions in providing social and employment assistance to the needy within the division.

- Attend CDC, CCC and social services-related meetings/events to provide prompt and direct service to stakeholders in assigned divisions.

- Develop an in-depted knowledge of the characteristics of each of the assigned division in the district and identifies opportunities for collaboration.

- Assist Team Leader in executing plans for the development of CDC to achieve community goals.

- Develop and execute district level CDC projects and joint-projects with CDC community partners such as Grassroots Organisations, community partners, schools, government bodies and non-government organisaitns.

- Engage in research, needs assessments, and gather data to build institutional knowledge to enhance effectiveness of CDC projects.

- Provide administrative/logistical support to projects organisaed by PA Headquarters.

- Provide administrative/logistical support and guidance to the Standing Committees and project joint partners to facilitate effective implementation of their activities.

- Provide accurate record of the Standing Committee meetings in minutes.
