RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Management Executive to join our Digital Innovation and Technology (DIT) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The IT Project Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop project plans, allocate resources, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage IT projects through the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
2. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to effectively manage resources and mitigate risks.
4. Coordinate and allocate resources, including team members, vendors, and equipment, to ensure successful project execution.
5. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget as necessary.
6. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize disruptions and delays.
7. Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders, including executives, sponsors, and team members.
8. Foster collaboration and teamwork among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
9. Conduct post-project reviews and evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
10. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project management and IT.
11. Support Project Manager in governance of project management framework through audits.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Lead, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with business process modelling, industry methods for process improvement, organizational design, or performance optimization in healthcare or social services related business is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products (MS Dynamics 365, Teams, SharePoint, MS 365 Enterprise Productivity Tools) and Cloud Services (Azure and AWS) is an added advantage.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certification in IT Project Management (CITPM) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Analytical mind, able to see the interconnections between system solutions and business needs.
• Systematic approach in handling ambiguous or complex issues, and actively discusses owns perspectives to arrive at effective and usable solutions.

We are looking for an experienced, service-driven leader to fill the role of Management Executive for our establishments. This role requires the individual to take control of the daily service operations, from its people to the surroundings, taking into meticulous consideration the operational needs of the establishment. Familiarity with back-end service operations, grievance procedures and training plans is critical in surpassing the industry service standards.

You’ll be-in charge of:

• Assisting the Managers in the daily F&B operations; ensure the quality and consistency of all products meet desired standards.
• Managing stocks and inventories
• Building and maintaining guest relationships
• Attending to any feedback or complaints from guests
• Maintaining a good housekeeping regime and report any defects in furniture, fixtures and equipment
• Participating in and lead training sessions, briefings and team meetings
• Managing assigned sections to provide an awesome service experience for customers

Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures. Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues. Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems. Assist with orientation of new employees. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local laws and company policies and standards. Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files. Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures, as necessary. Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property. Create and maintain filing systems. Generate Human Resources data reports as necessary. Serve as Human Resources subject matter expert and participate on project teams. Train new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems, etc.

This position reports to Learning & Programme Manager, Certification Programmes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) Course Administration:

· Provide support for course development, enhancement and management, including preparation and procurement of materials, scheduling, course registrations and enrolments

· Coordinate and prepare logistics for learning activities, including venue and facilities setup, catering, etc.

· Provide other administrative support, including procurement, preparation of reports, etc.

(B) Learner Management:

· Manage learner records and database processes.

· Manage course registrations and enrolments.

· Assist in the orientation and onboarding of learners.

· Dealing with learner enquiries.

· Collect feedback from learners.

(C) Administration of Learning Management System (LMS):

· Administer user accounts on the LMS.

· Upload and distribute course materials through the LMS.

· Monitor learner progress and prepare learning progress reports.

· Liaise with LMS vendors/suppliers for support.

(D) Course Funding Administration:

· Prepare necessary documentation and execute processes to support Skillsfuture Singapore course funding applications and disbursement and any other subsidy schemes.

KEY SPECIFICATION

· Minimum diploma with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience.

· Prior experience in educational administration, programme coordination, or a related field, preferably in a higher education or adult learner setting

· Experience with using and administering learning management systems would be an advantage.

· Prior experience with Skillsfuture Singapore funding administration would be an advantage.

· Able to build positive and productive relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders.

· Good interpersonal, writing, communication and presentation skills.

· Meticulous, resourceful and organised.

· Able to work confidently with members of the Judiciary and legal community

• Assist the Banquet Operations Manager in supervising and overseeing the administration of the Banquet Events
• Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the Banquet Operations Manager.
• Assign responsibilities to subordinates and offer assistance during busy periods.
• Hold departmental meetings and conduct daily briefings.
• Adhere to all house rules, regulations and Hotel policies.
• Anticipate the volume of business, taking into consideration the occupancy of the Hotel, the holidays, the weather, the activities in the Hotel, and the community in general.
• Attend F&B meetings.
• Assist the Banquet Operations Manager to analyse revenue and cost reports to be used for the preparation of a realistic annual budget.
• Analyse monthly Profit and Loss statements to ascertain that all costs are in line.
• Assist the Banquet Operations Manager to enforce all pre-check and check control procedures.
• Ensure that no reusable beverage is wasted.
• Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.
