As a Senior Executive, you are responsible to support the day-to-day operations of the Care and Call Centre (CareHub) to meet CareHub’s service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

The Metta Home for the Disabled and Metta Home Day Activity Centre (慈光乐陶苑及智障日间活动中心) were set up in December 2000 to offer community care options to adults with intellectual disabilities who are aged between 18 and 55.

The primary role of Customer Service Executive includes processing the orders placed by internal and external customers from SEAO & Export Markets. This role is responsible to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction along with coordination activities.

You will be responsible for external and internal customer enquiries and on-time delivery process from identifying customer needs, processing orders, ensure sufficient supply, handling complaints to shipment and delivery of orders to customers.
