As a senior member of the Marketing & Communications team, you are an experienced and driven individual who will be responsible for the development of marketing, communications, and content strategies to brand and position e2i as the leading organisation for employment and employability solutions. Corporate Communications

• Develop comprehensive communication strategies and implementation plans that encompass Public Relations and various communication channels, including new social platforms, video content and other multimedia tools, for connecting with e2i’s target audiences to foster a stronger brand identity for e2i.
• Create impactful narratives and compelling content to promote e2i’s suite of programmes and services, including crafting media materials, profile stories and videos tailored for diverse audiences such as the media, public and partners.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications and Business or related fields.
• Minimum 6-9 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Journalism or Marketing, Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record in account management, guiding internal clients in their marketing & communications needs and strategies.
• Strong organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills

IT Projects Implementation:

• Assist in software project implementation of warehouse automated storage and retrieval machine for customer, including supporting integration to customer ERP system, IT infrastructure and customers networks.

• Collaborate in setting up the machine, configuring software,

• Performing UAT/SIT,Software user Training for customer and internal staff, Software Go live support

• Document IT projects comprehensively, outlining processes, configurations, and outcomes.

• Conduct IT site visits to assess requirements, troubleshoot issues, and gather insights for improvement.

IT Service support:

• Provide remote helpdesk and onsite support services for customers, addressing their technical needs promptly and professionally.
