• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance
• Assist in the internal and external audit processes
• Support financial analysis and decision-making
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Perform other ad hoc financial tasks as required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Experience with financial systems and software is a plus
