YOUR MISSION _________

Work with Travel Retail APAC Regional Marketing team to drive growth within e-Travel Retail (e-retail, e-trade and social media).

Facilitate the scaling of TR digital campaigns APAC by ensuring that the TR regions have the guidance, tools and content necessary to succeed

• Adapt digital assets (banners, visuals, social media content) to formats needed by regions for retailers
• Assist in translation work from English to Chinese and ensure that translated content adheres to brand's tone of voice

Monitor and measure the success of Dior’s and competitors’ digital campaigns to continuously optimize

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in managing and enhancing relationships with investors – crafting investor communications, supporting marketing and capital-raising initiatives, and ensure seamless communication between the fund and its stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain deep insights into the convergence of the digital asset and hedge fund space.

• Maintain the investor database and develop a process to track communications and engagement
• Prepare and distribute regular investor updates, performance reports, and newsletters
• Assist in the development of marketing materials (pitch books, presentations) and provide support during fundraising activities and investor meetings
• Conduct market research and fund analysis to inform outreach strategies
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and due diligence processes for investors
• Serve as a key point of contact for investor inquiries and provide timely, professional responses

• Diploma/Degree in Business (Finance, Marketing), Economics or related field

The base operations executive is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day base operations, with a particular focus on security. This role ensures the efficient and effective handling of equipment and personnel within the yard, while maintaining high standards of safety, security, and compliance. The executive will coordinate with various departments and external vendors to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services.

Your responsibilities as base operations executive  

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard the base, vessels, and occupants.
• Oversee general maintenance and repairs of yard and warehouse facilities.
• Provide support and coordination on logistical matters for projects and vessels in the region.
• Ensure timely revalidation of statutory certificates for yard equipment, buildings, and warehouses.
• Develop and execute sustainability initiatives to minimize environmental impact and oversee waste management programs.
• Serve as the primary contact for tenants, supervise and manage company drivers, take on driver duties in their absence, assist in pre-procurement processes, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Your qualities and experience
You can move ahead as a base operations executive if you have:

• Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; certification in security management or sustainability practices.
• Possess Class 3 license and preferably a forklift license.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in yard, warehouse, and logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles, inventory management, transportation planning, and security protocols.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications; proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

The role
You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the overall marketing strategy across omnichannel touchpoints for the Singapore market, across major platforms and channels: e-commerce site, flagship store, customer relationship management, influencer, PR, events & activations. Reporting into the Assistant Marketing Manager of Singapore, you will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating growth in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:

• Influencer collaborations – shortlisting of influencers, content ideas and coordination of outfit selections
• Weekly coordination with try-on influencers – creation of lookbooks & tracking links, booking out of fitting rooms, other delivery matters
• Weekly reporting – updating weekly performance deck with influencer clippings, reach, insights
• Organising and upkeep of internal trackers – PR tracker, expense tracker, task tracker
• Coordinate media seedings on a campaign basis
• Work closely with team to plan, support and execute KOL/Media events
• Manage timelines and prompt follow-ups with KOL/media for various campaigns
