Responsibilities:

• Assist with the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to, recruitment & selection, on-boarding & off-boarding process management, compensation & benefits administration, training administration, employee relations and etc.
• Undertake other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management with 10 years of HR generalist working experience, including payroll administration.
• Meticulous, resourceful and responsible team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels.
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
