2. Trainer and Teacher Management and Scheduling:

• Lead the recruitment and training of trainers and teachers
• Schedule trainers and teachers for classes
• Ensure trainer quality during class time to ensure that SSG funding requirements are met

3. Marketing Agent Management

• o Liaise with agents for class schedules and learners list
• o Onboard new agents to our SOPs on their learner registration
• o Ensure agent compliance with SSG WSQ marketing standards and guidelines

4. SSG and IBF Compliance

• Full responsibility for Learner registration and compliance for filing with SSG
• Manage class registration via Skilleto and TPGateway
• Ensure all documents are filed as per SOP for SSG audit purposes
• Attendance taking and class payment collection
• Training grant submissions and tracking
• Full filing and documentation of processes
• Ensure SSG Compliance

5. LMS & eLearning Management

• Ensure that learners meet their required eLearning hours

Main duties and responsibilities:

To support the local team in all QEHS related compliance and performance of TES Singapore sites, which includes but not limited to emergency response (drills and TTX), incident investigation and IH monitoring, etc. Also, includes all Environmental related matters and regulatory reporting, global QEHS procedures & programs and overall lead for all QEHSMS / R2 audits, 3rd party certifications and customer audits as well as supporting Group EHS.

Environment:

• Reporting of QEHS performance metric reporting and activities to Global/ Group EHS Manager.
• Provide guidance on QEHS best practice principles, techniques and culture in Singapore sites.
• Compilation and submission of annual recycling data and other relating environment related info to relevant competent authorities.
• Maintain Basel Permit / Import Approval of all sites, including applications and tracking of movement documents.

Audit:

• Ensure Singapore sites are aware of and complying with Corporate/ Group QEHS policies, standards and programs, and local legislations.
• Program lead for 3rd party (ie. QEHSMS & R2) audits and key customer accounts on QEHS audits, provide resource and preparing Singapore sites with upcoming audits, tracking & reporting of audit results and monitor closure of corrective actions.
• Develop and conduct Singapore sites QEHS Audit program to ensure compliance to EHS regulations and Global EHS standards. Track & report audit results and monitor closure of corrective actions.
• Analyse data from EHS audits (including 3rd party QEHSMS & R2 certification audits and key account QEHS audits) to identify trends and provide feedback and preventative measures.

Other support:

• Support the development & implementation of One TES IMS – global QEHS procedures and programs.
• Monthly tabulation and submission of Basel permits status reporting for Exco meeting.
• Provide coordination and administrative support to QEHSMS & R2 certification program in Singapore.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any Engineering discipline and registered WSHO and FSM.
• Good to have: Qualified industrial first aider, noise monitoring office or any other IH related experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of monthly and year-end management reports and analysis by reviewing submissions from subordinates

DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the partners/suppliers to participate actively in daily network operations activities to ensure the stability of the network/voice infrastructure
• Monitor and manage the LAN/WAN network, connectivity between all datacenters, sites and extranets
• Ensures network devices (including firewalls, load balancer etc) firmware and OS are up to standard and apply/upgrade patches on a regular basis.
• Experience in Automating daily network tasks using scripting (Python)
• Responsible to support, configure and manage Cisco Routers and Switches, Checkpoint VPN appliance, Checkpoint Firewall, Load balancers and event correlation appliances throughout the implementation phases of the infrastructure projects
• Maximize network performance by monitoring performance; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with Network Architects on network optimization efforts.
• Act as the escalation point for all network operations issues from all parties within the Bank and manage all related communications processes on a real-time 24x7 basis
• Actively engage with business parties and external vendors for managing operations issues
• To provide comprehensive product knowledge on the data technology required to deliver, support the networks infrastructure
• Provide daily level one operation support for telecom services, eg IPT password reset, configuration setup, equipment deployment, etc
• Manage and collaborate with external vendors such as carriers and cabling contractors for daily and project requirements
• Closely coordinate and conform to Change Management policies, process, and procedures on any network changes.
• Maintain and update all network-related documentation and risk assessments as required
• Assist Architect team on new infrastructure implementations
• Execute on IT projects related existing infrastructure enhancement

TECHNICAL AND BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES

• Diploma/Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer engineering or related discipline
• Attained CCNA/CCNP/CCIE technical certification
• 5-10 years work experience in either the financial or telecommunications industry with an excellent understanding of WAN, LAN, and Voice technologies and network operations
• Experience in operational support skills in Cisco router/switches, including Juniper Firewall platforms; Checkpoint Firewall/VPN platforms; NICE, Etrali, Alteon and F5 load balancers
• Experience in various network monitoring tools on data & security infrastructure such as Solarwind, Netscout, Checkpoint, Netscreen, Cisco OM, TACACs, Infovista, Cacti, Fluke VPN Xpress, ServOne
