• You will be part of a team to provide facilities management services in the client’s premise. This includes preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security & carpark management, etc through our appointed term.
• You will attend to, investigate, check, and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• You will supervise contractors to carry out maintenance works and to ensure the upkeep of the client’s premise in accordance to stipulated requirements.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management, M&E, Building Services, or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be FSM certified.
• Knowledge of hard and soft facilities management is a must, additional advantage if have security management and car park management experience.
