Job Description:

• Overall control and monitoring of projects’ operations, budgets & key personnel staffing

• Plan, schedule and track project timelines

• Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, material and resources on site

• Ensure high level of site safety and house keeping

• Manage and control good quality of work

• Managing subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and good quality of work

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcons and etc.

Requirement:

• At least 6 years of experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board

• Preferably with experience public and private projects

• Able to lead and work independently

• Good technical knowledge and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBLE:

• Planning and ensure correct work sequences and procedures for daily operations
• Leading and managing of workers and sub-contractors
• Responsible for machinery and materials planning and deployment on site;
• Ensure all site works are done according to specifications, on schedule and within budget;
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from workplace and/or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities;
• Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace;
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site;
• Implement necessary control measure to mitigate the unsafe work and to prevent recurrence;
• Monitoring of cost and cash flow, manage budget for the project allocation

Requirement

• B.S. degree in Engineering / Construction Management or any degree holder
• With min. 8 years’ project engineering, management experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary
• Preferably experience in PRECAST industry
• Able to work under stress and independently

Job Role:

• Responsible for P&L for the Category – and assume end to end ownership to drive Category business objectives.
• Buying curators to determine the assortment based on market trends & customer needs driven through data analysis and ensure overall product range & assortment is in line with overall buying strategy.
• Analyze sales trends and product life cycles, use data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Define the cataloging guidelines and work closely with cataloging and seller teams to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales Planning and to propose and finalize suitable promotion strategies while continually monitoring competitor efforts.

Job Summary:

As the Customer Development Executive for Traditional On-Premises (TOP), your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role will be responsible for leading a sales operation team as an advisor, coach, and motivate his/her team to build a strong pillar to ensure growth & achieve short- & long-term goals. He/she must develop a strategic partnership with existing and potential chained customers in the “Away from Home” consumption channel- Traditional On-Premises. It will identify and capture opportunities to increase company representative in these segments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and implement sales goals and strategies for TOP key account channels assigned.
• Increase market penetration company’s products and agency products
• Build rapport with existing key customers by having a routine visit
• Identity and track new customer and competitive account opportunities
• Able to lead a team of 3 to 4 sales reps
• Plan KPI and sales target for the team and ensure that the reps can achieve their target
• Deals with direct key accounts
• Prepares credit note

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Must haves: Candidates are required to own his or her own vehicle

• Basic Microsoft office skills
• Able to speak fluently (English, Chinese)

Monthly Basic Salary: S$ 3,200 – S$ 3,400
