Who is the Product Development Manager?

The Product Development team is at the forefront of understanding the market landscape of device protection, insurance and non-insurance, extended warranties, financing, and trade-ins. They will spearhead the development of new tech lifecycle and protection products, clearly articulating their value and positioning in the market.

The Product Development team is responsible for understanding the market landscape, emerging product trends, sales channels, and competitors.
