Principal Responsibilities

The role will report to respective WCOO Lead for S&SEA, and oversee different activities including delivery of strategic initiatives, financial and workforce management, and support to the WCOO teams in countries. Qualifications

Knowledge:

• Broad understanding of Wholesale Banking (CMB and GB), financial services landscape and technology/digital developments
• A knowledge of sound financial principles incl. savings and FTE calculations to ensure financial reporting is accurate and well-governed
• Familiarity with Finance Systems (e.g., TM1) and a good understanding of Finance Processes for Planning, Forecasting and Intercompany
• Understanding of CTB programme’s lifecycle and methodologies, including cost and benefits tracking and documentation management
• Ability to engage and influence senior business and functional stakeholders.
• Ability to establish strong internal relationships
