The Cloudflare Customer Support Team solves complicated problems and answers technical questions via phone, email, chat and social media. Whether it is a Wordpress blogger using our services for free or a global Enterprise business with petabytes of web traffic, we are always eager to assist. Description

Security Operations Center Engineers provide premium-level support for Cloudflare’s security products and features. Our largest and most technically sophisticated customers will contact Support for assistance and intelligence in dealing with threats or attacks on their infrastructure at OSI Layers 3, 4, and 7. This will span the range of Cloudflare security products from Magic Transit Infrastructure Protection, DDoS mitigation and Network Firewall, to using the Web Application firewall (WAF), Spectrum, Bot Management and Rate Limiting to help customers.

Security Operations Center Engineers analyze threats, make detailed and informed suggestions for mitigation and may need to implement mitigation strategies directly on behalf of the customer. The team also provides attack reporting beyond Cloudflare’s self-service reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate the alerts to identify attacks
• Work with Engineering and Operations teams to mitigate attacks, suggest steps to mitigate, and apply the appropriate mitigation, when applicable
• Work with Engineering and Product teams to improve the products and tools
• Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone
• Review the latest alerts to determine relevancy and urgency. Create new tracking tickets for alerts that signal an incident and require review or escalation
• Configure / Manager security monitoring rules and contribute to tool improvements
• Compare traffic signatures and attributes including IP addresses, cookie variations, HTTP headers, and JavaScript footprints to determine what is good traffic and what is malicious
• DDoS mitigation for OSI layers 3,4, & 7: filter malicious traffic using Cloudflare tools like Magic Transit, Network Firewall, WAF, IP reputation lists, packet inspection, blacklisting, whitelisting, and/or rate limiting.

Job Objectives

As Flight Training Operations Specialist - Training Support & Delivery, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the flight crew training courses conducted by AATC whilst ensuring the highest quality of flight training and satisfaction is delivered to Airbus customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for internal/external customers and their trainees from start to end of their training in AATC.
• Check and ensure trainees fulfil all necessary flight experience and prerequisites during the registration process. 
• Check and ensure all regulatory approvals are attained before training commencement. 
• Prepare grade sheets, course materials and other relevant training paperwork for Training department.

• Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional customer experience, such as birthday celebrations for trainees and welcome ceremonies for new airline customers.

Billing Admin

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis
• Update spots and remarks on Publicis’s proprietary billing platform based on actualized amount

· Stakeholder and vendor management: Coordination and liaising with internal and external parties including government bodies, volunteers, external auditors, vendors etc.

· Providing strong support to the Executive Director and Executive Committee where needed i.e. minute taking, drafting of communications, compilation of presentations, preparation of reports and analysis.

· Handling and processing membership applications, including the tracking and resolution of queries.

· Facilitate signing, filing and execution of statutory reports and banking documentation.

· Ensure proper record keeping, filing of documents and correspondences.

· Support on logistics and organisation of events and conferences.

· Managing administrative and billing matters related to events, sponsorship and membership processing.

Finance:

· Bookkeeping in accordance with agreed deadlines.

· Monitoring financial transactions, reporting and reconciliation of financial statements and other payment related tasks.

· Review and analysis of the Society’s financial position.

· Supporting the Executive Director and the Treasurer in financial reporting, budgeting and audit exercises as per agreed deadlines.

· Processing of expense claims.

· Performing administrative duties to enable smooth running of the society.

Digital:

· Maintenance of membership database and records online.

· Refresh of content on the SAS website and supporting digital initiatives, management of the payment checkout and finance functions.

· Maintenance of user access on SharePoint and email mailboxes.

Required Skills and Experiences

· Strong in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

· Experience with conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams), DBS IDEAL, Corppass submissions.

· Strong facilitation skills and experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders.

· Ability to problem solve and independently tackle issues to resolution.

· Self-directed and can work efficiently.

· Ability to remain flexible and willingness to adapt to new processes.

· Attention to detail.

· Experience/exposure to accounting & bookkeeping software (Xero, Financio, Quickbooks).

· Experience with marketing/design platforms (Canva, Mailchimp).

· Exposure to website development and content management.

· Experience using SharePoint and OneDrive.

• Responsible for the effective operation of the Mechem Sample and OPS Management group.  Plans, schedules, and organizes necessary resources to ensure appropriate effectiveness of sample/sample kit logistical challenge in but not limited to: receiving, sample entry, and client service representation.  Implements department policies to maintain facilities and equipment.
• Schedules logistic and/or sampling team, assign and optimize resources, identifies needed resources and coordinates the appropriate acquisition of facilities resources as applicable.
• Ensures that all entries into eLIMS are accurately completed and documented according to appropriate client requirements, client specifications, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in data entries into eLIMS; Accurately completed and documented according to appropriate client requirements, client specifications, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Develops appropriate training plans, assures that staff is trained and proficient in all phases of Sample Receiving, Sample Entry, Client Services Representation, eLIMS utilization and any other Client Service applicable function as needed.  Generates training modules, as needed.
• Provides metrics analysis and updates for distribution to staff and leadership.
• Carries out process improvements to continually maximize the efficiency of the personnel and Sample Management areas, recommend solutions and implementation of action plans.
• Perform general human resources responsibilities including recruitment activities, performance evaluations, and progressive disciplinary processes, enforces Affirmative Action department goals.
• Provides for safety and welfare of staff and supports/enforces Environmental Health and Safety Policies.
• Act as a mentor to other staff and is looked on as an expert on Operational/eLIMS problems for Sample Management related issues.
• Proactive interaction with internal and external clients, troubleshooting client issues
• Maintains appropriate shipping and receiving permits, including hosting appropriate approval audits.
• Resolves problems and notifies manager of resolution when job is within scope of own ability.  Assists in meeting project goals within technical, time and budgetary constraints.
• Develop working relationship with internal clients/suppliers – particularly laboratory personnel and operations. Recommends approach and carries out solution as directed for more complicated problems.
