Minimum: Pre-hire Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified to Degree or HNC level.

2 years experience on hydrocarbon processing, with offshore operations experience desirable.

2 years experience in an administrative organization, preferably in the offshore industry.

Experience with Management Systems, preferably ISM/Management System and/or ISO9001/ISO14001.

Knowledge of statistics for analysis and managerial information systems.

Experience in Contract Administration.

Excellent computer skills, in particular Management System-Excel, Management System-Word, and Management System Project.

Fluent in spoken and written English

Medically fit to offshore International standards such as ENG1 or equivalent.

Conscientious, flexible, and versatile. Capable of assertive and positive communication and performance.

Good level of initiative and good team attitude. High levels of written and spoken communication in English language.

Appropriate standard of technical, and professional knowledge as defined by competences.

High level of skill with standard 'Office' software package. Operation and use of Internet and electronic mail system.

Jobs Descriptions and Responsibilities:

· Supervising and managing day to day operations to ensure tasks are completed on time, aligning with quality standards and company SOP;

· Coordinating the orders with the sales and operations team for the delivery of the materials to job sites;

· Coordinating with forwarder for incoming shipments and storage;

· Managing work schedules to optimize productivity and efficiency;

· Updating of daily work status;

· Leading a team of productions staffs and drivers (NTS workers);

· Providing daily safety briefings and safety regulations/ inspections in the workplace;

· Performing equipment, material and routine site inspections;

· Maintaining communication with MCST building management for any premise related issues;

· Handling other general/ ad hoc matters (i.e. carpark, lorry servicing, VPC registration, season parking, PUB and SP matters).

Jobs Requirements:

· Have a good verbal and written communication skill in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred;

· Minimum education level: O Level/ Secondary Post-Graduate;

· Able to plan, organize, direct, delegate work orders with the operations and productions team;

· Possess Class 3 Driving License is an advantage;

· Strong decision making and problem solving skills;

· Able to meet the pre-arranged timeline;

· Have experience working in warehouse/ productions/ logistics sector.

• Manage security threats during events.
• Manage takeover and handover of venues.
• Resolve escalated participants' enquiries regarding the events.
• Review incident summary reports to determine areas of improvement for event safety and security.
• Review vendors based on quotations obtained for provision of goods and services.
• Review vendors' project deliverables to ensure quality standards.
• Supervise volunteers deployment at the events.
• Must need to work on weekends and public holidays
• Collaborate with event organisers to manage event delivery.
• Develop final accommodation plans for participants.
• Develop final event logistics plans to support project plans.
• Develop final immigration processes and protocols for participants.
• Develop final registration processes and protocols for events.
• Develop final transportation and parking plans for events.
• Ensure events follow local security, Workplace Safety and Health regulations.
• Lead negotiation with vendors to secure service contracts within event budget.
• Manage adjustments to event programmes to counter environmental issues and threats.
• Manage crowd control and evacuation plans with stakeholders such as venue operation department and security agencies.
• Manage escalated on-site issues.
• Manage execution of event logistics plans to support project plans.
• Manage participants' registrations to ensure timely and accurate registrations.

Responsibilities:

This role provides an excellent opportunity to build an extensive network across operations; requiring interaction with front office, support operations and technology.

The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include participating in and/or ownership of the following functions:
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Senior Business Sponsors and Technology teams to derive regulatory and business requirements and produce detailed technical requirements.
• Work with internal parties including Business Sponsors, Legal & Compliance, Operations and Technology.
• Represent BofA on relevant industry forums where necessary.
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues
• Maintain and publish project documentation
• Running working groups as required
• Assisting with the implementation of large market mandatory and regulatory projects
• Documentation of business scenarios and review with business stakeholders
• Input into acceptance testing scenarios in line with testing strategy where applicable
• Participating in the continuous improvement of processes and quality standards.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Communicating, influencing and negotiating to obtain or leverage necessary resources
• Integrating knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and decision making
• Encouraging the identification, escalation and timely mitigation of work stream and program risks
• Performing reviews of work streams and supporting technology activities

∙ Previous experience within a client service team with particular focus on DMA and OTC settlement
∙ Knowledge of Operational Risk, Client Money Protection and Funding
