RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a driven individual to join us as a Principal Operations Engineer, who enjoys cloud, systems and security management, automation work in AWS and/or Azure Cloud environment. You will make the systems underpinning our consumer products more streamlined and secure by proactively monitoring and protecting system boundaries, application deployment and release status, automating manual & mundane tasks, and ensuring the quality experiences our consumers expect are preserved. Responsibilities

• System administration of hybrid cloud environments and or on-premise environments (AWS, Azure, VMware and Intel x86 servers)

• Provide day-to-day support for all systems running on Linux and Windows platforms, primarily on AWS and Azure ensuring tasks such as OS and application patching, software upgrades, system administration and other application level fine tuning for better reliability engineering and task automations.

• Maintain and enforce security/vulnerability assessment, backup and other compliance requirements

Job Purpose:

The Overseas Operations Support serves as a crucial contributor to the management of HR Operations for the NTI group of companies regionally, excluding China. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform the full spectrum of HR functions, not limited to payroll and insurance and also to act as Benefits advisory and support for all NTI’s regional offices except China.
