Job Responsibilities:

Manage Client Relationships

• Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring regular and clear communication.
• Understand client goals and provide relevant support and advice.
• Present campaign results and offer insights in easy-to-understand terms.

Execute Digital Marketing Strategies

• Work with our team to plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Monitor and share performance data with clients, offering actionable insights.
• Write compelling ad copies that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to guide clients effectively.

Oversee Project Timelines

• Ensure projects meet deadlines and match client expectations.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams to align on project tasks.
• Manage client feedback and implement necessary changes promptly.

Build Client Loyalty

• Foster long-term client relationships, focusing on satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients.
• Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and trust.

Job Requirements:

Digital Marketing Knowledge

• Understanding of digital marketing basics (Social Media and Google ads)
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager is a plus.

Client Relationship Skills

• Strong people skills and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage client expectations and proactively resolve issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain campaign results and technical details in simple terms.
• Proactive in identifying client needs and addressing issues quickly.

Organized & Detail-Oriented

• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in account management, especially in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. (Mandarin is essential to handle Chinese-speaking clients.)
• Familiarity with digital platforms and marketing tools.

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Executive to effectively manage our HR functions. We are seeking a professional who can take ownership of the role and is self-motivated.

Roles and Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Perform daily preparation of a full set of accounts (AR/GL), including generating and posting sales and supplier invoices in the accounting system, performing reconciliation and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit statutory reports eg. GST, CPF, IR8A, etc, on a timely basis.

•⁠ ⁠Responsible for accounts receivable/payable and PO functions.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and analyse project costing and variance.

•⁠ ⁠Manage and monitor cash flow and credit control.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate and liaise with external parties eg. auditors, tax agents, and government agencies, where required, on finance-related issues.

•⁠ ⁠Handle the full spectrum of payroll functions ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.

•⁠ ⁠Verify and process employees' claims.

•⁠ ⁠Perform other duties as assigned.
