As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing key financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliation, audit support, and other general accounting tasks. Job Description

• Planning of monthly forecast and work with respective factories on stock ordering. Study and analyze customer buying trends and ensuring that the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Answer phone enquiries and orders professionally and efficiently with the use of good telephone techniques, customer service, speed and accuracy

· Respond to customer enquiries and provide quotations to customers promptly

· Ensure that critical information with regard to urgent delivery, special timing request are communicated and follow up with the transport team till completion of delivery

· Liaise with customers to evaluate and establish actual reason for direct reject of orders at the point of delivery; and rectify the error when necessary and work with finance to process credit note promptly and accurately

· Work closely with accounts team to:

a. Resolve and reconcile credit note discrepancies against payment made by customers;

b. Resolve and reconcile price error in orders and generate price difference credit note upon receipt of approval from customers and the Company

· Exercise good customer service skill when managing difficult customers and/or customer complaints

· Verify and analyse information gathered from customers’ feedback; and resolve the issues on the spot whenever possible. Coordinate and execute corporate events and related logistics planning.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Education Consultant serves as the point of contact between Inspiration Learning Hub and prospective customers. The incumbent identifies and educates prospective customers on the Company’s course curriculum and supports customers by providing information and assistance.

Main Duties:

1. Man the office reception daily and attend to walk-in customers or students. Promote our courses, and lesson packages to prospective customers, if any.

2. Assist the Marketing Manager and Academic Head with new students who come for Interview and entry assessment. Update students' records in the ERP system for enrolment.

3. Communicate, collate, and review feedback from teachers to parents or students.

4. Maintain and update staff records. Key in student attendance for part-time and freelance teachers.

5. Tally with the Marketing Manager on the overall student attendance at the end of every month.

6. Scanning new resources into One-drive and assisting the management in maintaining them.

Salary:
