What a Director, Business Communication does at Visa:

In this role, you will work with the AP leadership team and key functions across the business: Product, Merchant Sales & Acquiring, Technology and support on Global sponsorships & marketing. You will conceptualize and deliver communication programs that drive business results for Visa’s critical growth pillars and how these support the growth of our clients’ businesses. You will oversee regional thought leadership communication including content for external, client and internal audiences. This includes comprehensive corporate storytelling collateral, media and social campaigns, and stakeholder education delivered via a mix of channels including events.

As a Senior Social Media Analyst supporting our client - one of the largest technology brands, you’ll play a pivotal role in owning measurement and analysis of their social booster campaigns and how it fits in the broader social marketing campaigns.

As a Media Manager for our technology client, you will be responsible for collaborating with APAC-based and regional media agencies and internal stakeholders to manage ongoing media projects and campaigns across key performance and direct response programmes. 

The person will be the day-to-day consultant on media strategy for the programs mentioned above, including but not limited to channel, audience and ad format strategy, best practices and optimisation to attain program efficiency goals.

Role: 

• Drive media strategy for marketing initiatives across multiple markets APAC, with a focus on SEM, display & potentially app advertising within the gaming industry.
• Be the primary POC on media for these programs & work closely with cross-functional

Billing Admin

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis
• Update spots and remarks on Publicis’s proprietary billing platform based on actualized amount

We are looking for a Social Media Measurement Analyst to join our team and work on our technology client. The analyst will identify, monitor, escalate, and report emerging social media trends. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to quantify conversations about the brand, recommend optimisations, and scale the program across different products and regions. They will also play a crucial role in identifying, monitoring, and reporting on reputational issues on social media. Role:

Trend Monitoring and Reporting

• Manage proactive monitoring systems to identify and respond to emerging social media trends using Brandwatch, Sprinklr, NewsWhip, and Tubular.
