Strategy

• The person must embrace a broad role within the function to help facilitate the development and ownership of a structured and targeted communications and engagement strategy that recognises the diverse range of stakeholders and the many communications channels that exist within and across the function.
• The planning and execution of the communications and engagement strategy will be a key focus. This will involve developing and/or tailoring communications materials and working with the relevant representatives from across the function and across the bank, including the Fit for Growth Programme, to ensure that communications and engagement exercises are delivered effectively to the right people at the right time. • Support the implementation of the communications and engagement strategy, by developing the detailed communications and engagement plan, managing the stakeholder analysis and developing the relevant communications artefacts for distribution via the relevant channels.
