Opportunity

The IAT Strategy Lead for Asia plays a critical role in helping lead the marketing transformation initiative within Pfizer.

The Strategy Lead we are looking for is someone that knows the unique challenges with Asia healthcare regulatory compliance, marketing stack, measurement and marketing attribution. The Lead will combine smart lateral thinking with the drive for effective results. With a broad spectrum of experience, the Lead will drive connected thinking, be it marketing planning, or business consulting, for Southeast Asia and India.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner with Pfizer to effectively tailor the global business strategies for Southeast Asia and India.

· Develop and execute precise in-market marketing strategies across Specialty Care, Primary Care, and Oncology.

Skills & Experience

· Minimum 10 years in marketing strategy or related fields, of which at least 5 years were in pharma or consumer healthcare.

· Familiarity with the Southeast Asia and India pharma landscape, possess an understanding of the nuances of the different markets across different therapeutic categories.

· Ability to translate data into practical business solutions, simplify complex concepts, and actively collaborate through various mediums like presentations, workshops and briefs. Actively listen to others to refine and perfect strategies collaboratively.

· Be well-versed in commonly used and emerging insight tools, media technology, channels, and industry terminology.

Purpose

This role will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic international team in a fast-paced environment to push the boundaries of digital storytelling, while elevating and amplifying the NBCUniversal brand within the media and advertising industry. 

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

• Create social media posts and support the management of all Catalyst social media handles

Overview of Partnerships Team / Unit

The Partnerships Team develops and builds partnerships and relationships that drive income to support WWF’s conservation goals. The team’s aim is to contribute significant, sustainable levels of philanthropic funding from 1) high-networth individuals (HNWI) 2) trusts and foundations, 3) companies to support the local (Singapore-based) and regional (mainly South-East Asia) conservation, sustainability and education programmes in order to advance WWF-Singapore’s mission.

The team works closely with the Senior Management Team and peers in Conservation, Communications, Sustainable Finance, and Accounting and Finance teams to effectively contribute to the implementation of WWF-Singapore’s partnerships and philanthropic strategy.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, people person with a positive attitude that could help manage and steward WWF’s partnerships. This is a maternity cover role and you will be working closely with our core team to drive long-term partnerships with new and existing partners as well as engaging them through different activities.

Primary Role in Stewardship & Communications (85%) Account Management & Relationship Building

• Multitask and manage medium to priority partnerships and ensure that existing partners are stewarded appropriately, resulting in profitable long-term partnerships.
• Maintain open lines of communication with partners and/or relevant stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure they are informed.
• Proactively identify partnership-related issues and challenges, communicate and implement timely solutions.

Required Qualifications:
