Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Logistics Specialist to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services. Responsibilities:

Supplier Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.

Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics process within the ASEAN region, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Procurement:

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers, considering quality, cost, and reliability.

Inventory Management:

• Implement and maintain effective inventory control measures to optimize stock levels.

Quality Control:

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Implement quality control processes and procedures to mitigate risks.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensure all procurement, logistics and inventory documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Stay updated on import/export laws and regulations in ASEAN region.

Requirements:

• 2-4+ years of experience in operations management or a related field, preferably within the industry parameters of Willowmore
• Minimum Diploma/Degree Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Summary:

Responsible for liaising with the Project Team for the Contract functions on the projects to which they are assigned. • Assessing and evaluating applications for payment/ invoicing and making recommendations and ensuring payment;
• Report regularly on areas of concern/ issues /opportunities and threats and areas that are working well on the project;

Requirements:
