You play a pivotal part in preparing reporting packages and ad-hoc analysis to upper management. You and your team are highly involved in the Budget and Forecast process. What you'll do

• Manage a team of three Business Controllers who focus on building reporting dashboards and operational reports via OAC. Mentor and coach direct reports and wider Business Controlling & Analytics team
• Be a key custodian of the organisation’s KPI framework and manage the end-to-end flow of report requests enabling end-users across the organisation to make informed decisions with the right tools at the right time
