Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and own a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and influencer.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the brand solution and demonstrate how it directly impacts customer ROI.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for account expansion through upselling, add-ons, and cross-selling.
- Be a website platform expert, deeply knowledgeable about its capabilities and value.
- Advise customers on their internal processes and encourage leaders to drive organizational change.
- Create and implement internal promotion programs within customer organizations to increase awareness and usage of company
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective account management and relay customer feedback.
Requirements:
-Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
- At least 2 years, preferably 4+ years, of B2B SaaS sales, account management, or consulting experience with large, enterprise-level accounts (ACV > $50-150K)
- Ability to hold strategic conversations with C-suite and senior management
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and contracting with key stakeholders
- Previous experience in strategy consulting is advantageous
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, empathetic, and energetic attitude
