Primary responsibilities:

• Sales Pipeline Tracking and Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring it aligns with our commercial goals. Regularly monitor and manage sales progress and outcomes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize the sales process. • Data-Driven Sales Targeting: Create and maintain robust sales models that use data to identify key sales targets within the VAS organization. Your role will involve using these models to drive sales strategies that are aligned with our commercial goals, ultimately contributing to revenue growth.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Provide key insights on product utilization, client demographics, sales trends, and potential growth opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal functions to drive alignment on commercial goals and strategies. This includes facilitating effective communication and collaboration between teams to ensure a One Visa approach to achieving our commercial objectives.
• Influencing VAS Policies and Procedures: Take a proactive role in influencing VAS policies and procedures to make it easier to sell our products. This will involve understanding the barriers to sales and working to remove these through changes to policies and procedures.
• Commercial Strategy Development: Work closely with the team leader to support the development and implementation of commercial strategies for VAS products.

• Review and provide feedback on Quotation & Tender Evaluation Reports  

• Review and approval of awards

• Assist with stakeholders’ queries

• Supervise and guide colleagues in the procurement team

• Conduct training sessions for Schools and Departments

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:-

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in public procurement

• Possess good analytical and problem solving skills to address cross functional work issues

• Good verbal and written communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• Hands on experience with procurement platform, GeBIZ, and Cumulus (Workday) system will be added advantage
