Job summary

• Handle sales orders, customer and client enquiries/complaints.
• Provide high service levels to the respective customers and clients.

General responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks
• Receive and handle inbound customer orders, queries and complaints (via hotline). Document and record customer details, queries and complaints
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on issues/orders/complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer queries/complaints as per standard operating procedures and channel to respective operations team for immediate resolution
• Provide feedback to supervisor on improvement areas based on customer/client issues
• Prepare and submit regular/ad hoc reports to respective departments or management on all the cases logged in system
• Maintain up-to-date information on processes, products, price lists, etc.
• Liaise with respective operations team for issues, follow-up and actions
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients/customers

Job Responsibilities

• Check arrival date upon receiving of documents;
• Check with carriers/co-loader for the vessel arrival and surcharges;
• Arrange prepare payment voucher;
• Arrange payment to carriers/co-loader;
• Prepare import permits;
• Providing pre-alerts upon receving documents from counterpart;
• Liaise with transporter to arrange delivery to customers;
• Coordinate with customers and transporter regarding delivery and documentation;
• Invoice issuance to customer in timely manner;
• Filling and archiving documents in system as per audit requirements;
• Update customer whenever there is delay on a daily basis.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Responsible for all production and related compliance documentation

· Conduct deviation investigation on batch non-conformabilities and manufacturing failures

· Write detail technical investigation reports with thorough root cause analysis and robust CAPA.

· Implement checks to ensure CAPA effectiveness

· To identify and correct all forms of potential recurring quality issue.

· Work with Quality team on investigation of all market customer complaints

· Communicate and train manufacturing teams to eliminate deviations caused by human errors

· Close engagement with shopfloor technicians to understand daily manufacturing progress and issues.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

· Education Level – Degree holder in Pharmacy, life science or Engineering

· Minimum 3 years relevant experience with pharmaceutical companies. Preferably in a Quality function and a Singapore registered Pharmacist.

· Strong GMP experience: Having already participated and managed audits of external agencies (USFDA, MHRA etc)

· People management: leadership, cooperative, ability to influence

· Excellent critical thinking and problem solving capabilities

· Teamwork, influencing, communication skills, negotiation, conflict management

· Effective problem analysis and problem-solving

Your Job
You will provide support to Manufacturing Integration Engineering (MIE) team.

Our Team
The team works with:

• Internal customers - All functional dept in within Molex.
• External customers - Vendors, suppliers, subcons.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate sample run and product modification sample run request:

1. Includes completing the entire process; preparing documentations, monitoring, tracking and keeping a good record. Courier samples to customers/packing/ store in system and making billing/payment arrangement month-end.
2. Generate reports for sample run costing, packaging tooling records, etc.
3. Manage product drop test process, work with design center and develop packaging, run new samples and co-ordinate with purchasing, process and QA for drop test completion.

• Manage billing/payment arrangements:

1. Includes raising Purchase Requisition through SAP. Tracking of relevant approval Purchase Requisition/ issuance of Purchase Order / monitor process of invoices / Filling.

• Manage Bill of Materials request (ability to read engineering drawing).
• Manage tooling purchase/general purchase requisition.
• Manage courier services, logistic arrangement request.
• Includes clerical support for MIE team.
• Support Purchasing Requisition/ Purchase Order/ Purchase Change request.
• Maintain storage location tidiness with MIE Engineers.
• Any other task assigned.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Minimum Certificates/ Diploma holders.
• 1 to 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge of MS-Office/ Excel. Full of initiatives, independent and responsible, with a teamwork spirit.
• Required good interpersonal and communication skills. Meticulous, organized and work well with all levels.
• With positive attitude and eager learner.
