Role Overview

We are looking for a creative marketer who is both verbally and visually oriented, to help us tell stories about data-driven insights and our platform’s capabilities across marketing channels, through clever writing and eye-catching graphical assets, while also lending a hand analyzing the data. This is the opportunity to take the power of content creation to a new level and explore outside the current boundaries of storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop insight-led content using Pulsar, and other Access Intelligence platforms like Isentia, Vuelio and Response Source for social media, content marketing campaigns, emails, blogs, webinars and events.
• Create high-quality content for both PR & Comms and Marketing buyers that builds reputation and communicates the value of Pulsar and Isentia.
• Help maintain and deliver against a busy content calendar including blogs, reports, events & partnerships, use cases and testimonials, webinars, product releases, company announcements, and more.
• Lead on delivering accurate, methodologically sound research work.
• Deliver content as part of a global content strategy, liaising with international teams and repurposing global content to meet local needs. Support the development and delivery of a long term content creation strategy and tone of voice.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Communication or Journalism.
• 2-3 years experience or more in content, media agency, content marketing, and writing. Has a deep curiosity for media, Internet culture, marketing and consumer culture. An interest in how social media shapes the broader culture and economy.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to modulate writing and tone of voice based on brand, campaign, channel and context. You know how to play with words and land on exceptional copy to engage with different topics across different platforms and marketing channels.
• An ability to think and execute visually, you know how to articulate these concepts visually and create the graphical assets to convey them with an eagerness to work with design tools like InDesign, Illustrator, Canva and data visualization tools like Flourish.
• You have a knack for research and in analysing and wrangling data – from Pulsar all the way to Excel.

• Responsible for welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and leading them to a prepared table in accordance with outlets' seating procedures.
• Be familiar with the menu, promotions, and service procedures.
• Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries.
• Provide full assistance to incoming inquiries via email or telephone and make reservations accordingly and accurately for the guests.
• To work closely with the Operations / Service Operations Manager, shift leaders, and staff members to ensure all guests are greeted properly and escorted to their ready tables.
• Obtain familiarity with venue policies and procedures in reference to training, safety, and security.
• To familiarize with the work nature and responsibilities of floor staff and all the venue events.
• Ensure the reservation desk are well maintained. Assist manager in keeping traces of guest history profiles.
• Maintain an adequate supply of stationery as required.

Job descriptions

Corporate Sales:

• Manage existing corporate accounts and establish relations/acquire new corporate clients to increase the market penetration.

• Develop new business channels consistent with the brand positioning through other companies / business channels. (ex. hotels, corporations, retailers)

• Process sales orders, calculate cost in order to maintain’ company margins and manage stock on hand for Singapore

• Handling B2B sales order from customer, including the arrangement of warehouse packing, delivery and related document preparation.

• Manage and submit quotations and organize proposals to customers independently.

• Manage and organise Corporate Gelato Kart Service and chocolate events with corporate customers.

• In charge of liaison with Shopping Malls’s Marketing team and redemption programs with Merchants for sales opportunities (seasonal gifting pitches) and for cross promotions.

• Responsible for client credit collection and for the overall invoicing process.

• Responsible for enquiries from corporate communications channels (website and social media)

Wholesales Sales:

• Work closely with the existing wholesalers/distributors and support the growth to reach the Sales target.

• Negotiate sales deal and ensure the implementation of our sales strategy.

• Provide timely commercial proposal and proactively look for new clients suitable to company positioning in assigned.

• Build effective account relationships.

• Monitor client’s credit status and review with Finance team.

• Consistently perform market research including proposed assortment, price and merchandising

Requirements:

• Candidate must be proactive and creative, able to purse new ideas to meet sales target. Excellent English, Mandarin is a plus for English & Chinese speaking people.

• 1-2 years’ experience in Wholesales/Corporate sales (Retail or F&B business is preferred)
