Fundraising and related community engagement activities

• Support Fundraising Manager in all fundraising activities and community outreach projects
• Assist in identifying, developing and implementing innovative fundraising and community outreach activities, including leveraging on technology where possible, to improve fundraising activities
• Provide support for collaborative fundraising with external stakeholders / partners
• Support in all administration and operations of fundraising and related campaigns
• Ensure compliance with prevailing regulatory requirements for fundraising activities

Corporate Communication functions in relation to Fundraising and ARC(S) projects

• Assist in managing social media content for ARC/Pathlight websites and Facebook for relevance, quality, timelines and continuous improvement
• Support media relations and press release activities for ARC(S) in conjunction with fundraising related campaigns and ARC(S) projects
• Assist in developing contents for fundraising publicity and campaigns
• Support the leadership team with crafting speeches, preparing presentations, drafting articles, arranging interviews, and maintaining other forms of external contact
• Ensure general enquiries are attended to by relevant programme leaders
• Assist in managing development of appropriate engagement channels including writing and production of annual reports and quarterly E-newsletters in a timely manner
• Support ARC(S) team in any special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Communications/Marketing Communications or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of corporate communications, editorial and/or story telling preferred
• Possess strong command of English (both spoken and written)Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment with people of various management levels
• Ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and challenges

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with HOD to implement quick-win solutions identified for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HODs to conduct thorough root cause analysis and develop both short-term and long-term solutions for escalations.
• Work with various departments (Operations and Non-Operations) to address multi-faceted Operations BAU issues.
• Discuss and propose system/process enhancement requirements with internal stakeholders, collaborating closely with the PMO as part of the operations transformation.
• Support the rollout of new large business initiatives and manage internal service transitions.
• Coordinate UAT within Operations and provide support for UAT execution, as needed.
• Assist HOD with escalations, enquiries, workflow mapping, tenders/RFPs, and other internal/external requests within set timelines, as well as ad-hoc matters.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.

· Preferably with proven experience as a Project Manager/Executive in Food and Beverage industry.

Job Summary:

Your key responsibility will be to manage and contribute to a portfolio of projects comprising research studies, programme design, monitoring, and evaluation to improve programme efficacy and outcomes of beneficiaries.

Activities include project management, applying evidence in programme design, developing indicators for monitoring and evaluation, providing implementation support, conducting research studies and research synthesis. Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

As part of the communications team that guards the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre’s (AMC’s) profile as a trusted leader in healthcare, you will be primarily responsible for working with internal stakeholders on employee communications. This includes content creation (articles, videos etc) for integrated communications efforts, and ensuring the timely dissemination of the content.

You will also develop communications strategies and conceptualise campaigns to promote staff wellness initiatives and programmes, which includes the production of a full suite of collaterals such as publicity materials, bulletins, and digital and social media content.

In addition, you will be assigned to special projects and you are expected to manage such projects from conceptualisation to execution, including a post-mortem review of the project.
