SENIOR DIGITAL MARCOMM EVENT EXECUTIVE/MANAGER

Job Summary

Unlocking ADHD (UA) is seeking a Senior MarCom Events Executive/Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing UA’s digital fundraising and marketing strategy and events across the different channels of engagement and conversion and lead generation. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Logistic

• Working closely with logistics/shipping companies or agents for scheduling shipments
• Handling end to end coordination and documentation for all modes of shipments.
• Preparing Certificate of Origin, customs/insurance declaration
• Preparing LC, freight, BL, Invoice, Packing List, and insurance drafts
• Ensuring timely submission, status tracking of all shipping documents, and preparing necessary reports

2. Procurement

• Generate Purchase Orders to respective suppliers based on project needs.
