The Guest Relations Executive is an essential part of the Front Office Team. • Manage day to day accounting functions and perform bookkeeping for AR, AP and GL
• Manage AR receipts, AP payments and monitor ageing report together with bank reconciliation
• Work closely with finance team to ensure PnL and other reports are done within stipulated timeline
• Work closely with operation team for daily orderings and liaise with suppliers for any discrepancy on orders and invoices
