· Providing secretarial, administrative, and personal support to MD.

· Conduct weekly diary meeting with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, and other requests (e.g. meeting appointments, travel schedule, and travel arrangements).

· Schedule and manage meetings on behalf of MD, between him and his direct reports and the committees and group to which he is a member.

· Assist MD to follow up on tasks assigned to subordinates and managing MD’s appointment.

· Filter general information, queries, phone calls, and invitations to the MD by redirecting and taking forward such contacts as appropriate.

· Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD, including the drafting of general replies.

General Overview

The incumbent shall demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform safe and reliable gas supply and jetty operations at the LNG Terminal as a reasonable and prudent operator.

The incumbent shall have in depth knowledge and experience of, and able to demonstrate effective application of, HSSE regulations and best industry practices. The incumbent shall have strong technical knowledge and experience on process and DCS including, but not limited to, process hydraulics, thermodynamics, field troubleshooting, logics, safety bypass.

The incumbent shall also possess functional and behavioral competencies with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a team and collaborate with multi-functional, multi-discipline stakeholders; i.e. HSSE team, marine team, maintenance team, subject-matter experts (engineers), commercial team, LNG vessel, authorities.

Roles and Responsibilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:

• Conduct daily production toolbox meeting, review shift activities, prioritize and assign resource to deliver effective and efficient work execution
• Review and issue permit to work; i.e. confined space entry, working at height, hot work, lifting, radiation, diligently to ensure work to be performed is safe and compliant to HSSE requirement and safe work procedures
• Perform terminal operations; i.e. deliver gas supply according to nomination, LNG unloading/reloading jetty operations, operating of equipment, unloading/receiving of chemicals, equipment switching/testing, according to standard operating procedures to ensure no impact to safety and gas supply reliability
• Perform inspection and monitoring of equipment and process systems to ensure parameters are within operating range. Respond to alarms and abnormal condition promptly and take necessary corrective action. Evaluate faults and raise work orders promptly for maintenance work
• Prepare equipment and process systems; i.e. clearing process and purging, de-energizing, lock out and tag out, for safe handover for maintenance work according to safe work procedure requirements
• Perform troubleshooting and taking the lead to respond to abnormal operating scenarios, incidents or emergencies effectively according to response plans and industry protocols.
• Perform basic maintenance i.e., strainer cleaning, flange make up, gas cylinder replacement
• Compile, review and submit logs, Shift Report, Operations Abnormality Report, Incident Report, Control of Safety Device Bypass
• Develop and review standard operating procedures to ensure effective and efficient work execution with no impact to safety and gas supply reliability
• Develop and review risk assessments comprehensively to ensure adequate and effective risk mitigation are applied for safe work execution
• Perform incident investigation and root cause analysis effectively as required
• Participate in internal/external audits as required
• Manage and accountable for team members’ operations discipline, performance and development by conducting training, coaching, and performance review
• Undertake project related role when assigned; rotation between shift and day work
• The incumbent shall be part of the company’s Emergency Response Team (CERT) and shall assume the responsibilities of liaison with local authorities and government agencies during emergencies. He/she shall manage emergency response based on established procedures and plans and perform any assigned roles and responsibilities such as but not limited to:

1. Respond to terminal emergency situations as Site Incident Commander (SIC)
2. Participate in prevention and combat of hazardous situations such as loss of primary containment, oil spills and other forms of pollution and situations dangerous to life and property.
3. Perform routine safety check on all safety equipment such as safety showers, eye wash, SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus), firefighting equipment etc. to ensure readiness and availability as required

Work Experience

• Minimum 15 years' experience in process operations function.
• Minimum 7 years' supervisory/managing experience
• LNG experience or familiarity with cryogenic process in the ethylene, ammonia, air separation or natural gas processing industries will be advantageous
• Jetty operations experience an advantage

Education

• NITEC/NTC in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Process Technology or equivalent preferred
• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Process Technology will be advantageous

The Technician supports the execution and maintenance of safe and reliable plant operations.

Job Description:

• Carry out blending process operations, perform filling of blended products into drums and isotainers in a safe and efficient manner.

• Carry out chemical additives transfer between bulk packages (tank farm storage tanks, marine vessel bulk) and smaller packages (isotainers, IBCs and drums).

• Control inventory (physical & documentary aspect), including tank gauging & sampling.

• Conduct line pigging and equipment flushing during batch changeover and handle regular start up, shutdown and commissioning of critical process equipment.

Job Description & Requirements

Join our team as a Sales Supervisor, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the cleanliness of our shop. We are seeking an individual to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:Take care of walk-in customers, providing assistance and guidance.

2. Fruit Cutting and Packing:Help cut and pack fruits for customers, ensuring quality presentation.

3. Order Handling:Take orders from phone calls and prepare them for delivery.

4. Specialized Fruit Cutting:Required to specialize in cutting fruits, especially durian, meeting customer preferences.

5. Shop Cleanliness:Maintain cleanliness in the shop to create a welcoming environment.

Other Details:

· Weekend and Public Holiday Work:Required to work on weekends and public holidays to cater to customer needs.

· Night Shift:Required to work on night shifts to accommodate customer orders and deliveries.

3. Resnpoisble for Order Processing support (order processing, customer order verifications & follow up with customer orders)
4. Prepare orders for Planner and follow-up with customers when there are incomplete information or documents
5. Coordination with booking agents or ship operators for status of supply schedule / vessel loading
6. Collaborate closely with the planner to ensure timely supply and corrdination.
7. Tally overall order received at the end of day to ensure all order is not missed out.
8. Ensure all delivery orders are received (arrange dispatch) once job completed and forward to customers as proof of delivery
9. Closing of job orders for billing once job is completed.
10. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solution and alternatives
11. Foster long-term, sustainable relationships with customers by maintaining open, transparent and interactive communication, thereby building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Capable to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, showing flexibility and committment to being a supportive team player
• Able to analyze processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Capable of performing well under pressure during peak periods, and willingness to take on responsibility.
• GCE N Level, O Level or Professional Certificate
• 2-3 years experience in Logistic operations
• Proficient in MS Office

Job Scope

1) To assist the Production Manager to plan job assignment to staffs, and manage the packing, incoming and outgoing processes.

2) To ensure good customer service and quality product to customers.

3) To meet target for all job orders for the day and ensure effectiveness of the team.

4) Assist in process improvement projects undertake by the Manager.

5) Train and guide all staffs to be in compliance of GMP, FSMS and ISO22000.

6) Maintain all equipments and cleanliness in the production room to ensure the compliance to standards.

7) Ensure and implement projects to a safe working environment in the production room.

Requirements

1) Experience in Fresh Produce Production an advantage.

2) Knowledge of cold chain supply and Good Manufacturing Practice for better control between processes.

3) Good work attitude, able to communicate effectively with co-workers.

4) Able to use basic software (Words, Excel, Powerpoint etc) for analytical and presentation purposes.

• Review of draft / executed financing documents such as letters of offer / facility agreements & security / mortgage documents, validate draft financing and security documents against approvals, post acceptance documentation checks, preparation of instructions to lawyers / valuers / insurers and etc.
• Perform the daily BAU operations by supporting Business Unit’s post approval documentation processes till redemption / full repayment.
• Perform roles as the facility agent, security agent and/or account bank in syndicated financing. Activities including but not limited to active participation in negotiation of the legal documents, conditions precedent collation, conditions subsequent and covenant tracking, management of facility life cycle and information dissemination.
• Liaise with Business Units and external parties such lawyers / valuers / insurers.
• Perform checks to ensure legal and security documentation are completed, conditions precedent is fulfilled prior to activation of credit facilities, monitoring of conditions subsequent and ensure that the legal and security documents are being custodized.
• In charge of preparing letters / reports, updating of registers and custodians of documents.
• Manage day-to-day business transactions to ensure that the agreed turnaround time with the business is met
• Ensures accuracy, efficiency and meets the agreed turnaround time with the Business Units while minimizing operational risks and losses.
• Able to contribute to process improvements and participate in ad-hoc projects

· Reconcile, Monitoring and posting for E-commerce Commission.

· Prepare short load / short pack goods Report

· Reconciliation of customer payment to subledger.

. Internal bank fund transfer.

· Liaise with stakeholders on their queries and resolve issues

· Assist in FP&A and treasury work

· Assist with adhoc duties when required

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Accountancy

· At least 2 years of relevant experience in full sets of accounting

· 5.5-day work week

· Ability to adapt to local SME practices

· Highly proficient in SAP and MS Excel

· Pro-active and positive attitude in a multicultural environment

· Good ability to communicate in spoken and written English

· Immediate starters preferred

Position Summary

Responsible to manage and maintain the company’s Quality Management System, and Environment, Health, & Safety initiatives, programs, manuals and other related documentation that are consistent with the established ISO standards and group wide certifications. To assist and support with compliance and effective implementation of QEHS culture in Singapore and ensure adoption and implementation of the management systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Director, IP Serial Products & Rental and the Singapore country lead as directed.
• Drive for gaining and maintaining certification to ISO, and other appropriate certifications and registration from time to time.
• Implement QEHS program for the company in alignment with corporate policy/programs and IMS requirements.
• Ensures updating & maintenance of relevant QEHS documentation for the company and project.
• Manage and maintain QEHS information management systems.
• Identify and minimize exposure to risks, hazard, etc. of all applicable QMS and EHS legislation.
• Carries out and complies with all duties and requirements of Workplace Safety & Health Act.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in terms to product safety and quality.
• Investigate all incidents and product nonconformity to identify causes and ways to prevent occurrence in future under relevant responsibility area.
• Recommend quality control and inspection requirements in consultation and final review by the regional director for implementation.
• Responsible for performing quality audits and assurance reviews of manufacturing processes, services and procedures.
• Performs any other duties, within the scope of the position that are assigned by the immediate supervisor as and when the need arises.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Health, Safety) or equivalent.
• 3-5 years relevant working experience.
• Good working knowledge of IMS (ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001).
• Familiar with construction site safety inspections and regulations.
• Successful candidates should be dynamic, self -motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit.
