• Design and develop content for marketing collaterals (online & offline) to support various promotions, campaigns, web and catalogue designing: advertising in directories
• Manage the company’s web properties, social media accounts and e-commerce platforms
• Drive content creation on web properties and social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business) to attract leads
• Manage digital marketing to improve traffic and web ranking for leads generation
• Coordinate marketing collaterals with potential vendors whenever necessary
• Conceptualise and implement promotions and campaigns to promote sales and product knowledge among internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Min 2 years of working experience
• Well versed in Social media, SEO & SEM
• Competent with Graphic Design, Video Editing & Web Editing
• Knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, i.e. Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required
• Photography and videography skills preferred

The Renaissance Engineering Programme (REP) is one of the key programmes under the NTU Premier Scholars Programmes (PSP) to nurture students as future leaders of industry. The Senior Executive’s primary role is to provide administrative and operational support for the undergraduate academic and examination matters under the REP. The position will play a pivotal role in providing general administrative support for overseas exchange to students, annual admission exercise and alumni. In addition, the position will support the digital media activities, outreach, student engagement, publicity and accreditation matters.

• Provide administrative support for examination matters including supporting the Board of Examiners meeting, examination timetabling and post examination analysis
• Provide administrative support for the Overseas Exchange Programme such as pre-departure administrative matters, course mapping, post exchange credit transfer and professional attachment matters
• Develop a digital media strategy for the programme and provide support for student and alumni engagement activities, outreach events and publicity matters
• Provide administrative support for annual admissions exercise and accreditation exercise

Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in any discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in a tertiary institution
• Prior experience in programme management and operations in an institute of higher learning would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of IT skills in Microsoft applications
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Description

Procurement Executive is responsible for participating in strategic sourcing and routine purchasing activities to obtain the materials, equipment, and services to deliver for new projects and production demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the strategic sourcing management goals of assigned commodity and implement action items to ensure that those goals are achieved
• Develop and implement commodity strategies, including sourcing and supplier selection domestically and internationally
• Evaluate supplier core competencies and competitive positioning using industry cost models
• Responsible for negotiations for best possible cost service guarantee and develop “win-win” strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers
• Drive Cost Reduction thru commercial and technical lever
• Implement supplier agreements/contracts when beneficial by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions
• Analyse industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and utilize emerging opportunities
• Maintain and develop supplier relationships to meet company goals
• Manage and collaborate New Product Realization (NPR) Project with R&D in cost optimization and vendor selection

Experience

• At least 3 years strategic sourcing/ purchasing experience along with relevant operations/supply chain experience
• Strong preference for some international sourcing experience
• Experienced in Sheetmetal ~ Stamping, pressing, laser, turret, NC bending. Precision Machining ~ turned parts, lathe, milling. Surface finishes ~ painted, plating, heat treatments
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings/ specifications
• Knowledge of the legal terminology and language related to supplier and/or vendor agreements and contracts
• BOM Cost Management and Part/Product Costing analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects and establish clear goals and accountabilities to ensure successful implementation of commodity strategies.
• Ability to analyse and make sense out of data /dashboard
• Advanced systems skills and working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, with advanced Excel knowledge
