• Manage the works progress, provide technical reviews, ensure compliance with relevant codes, practices and applicable standards and specifications

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or any other Engineering discipline
• Able to communicate effectively & handle resolutions on site matters

• Familiar with Job Safety Analysis, Work Method Statement and Permit to Work application requirements and procedures
• Must be able to interactive with various stakeholders and work independently
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Safety certifications such as Working at Height, Construction Safety Orientation Course etc will be advantageous

• Overall in charge of kitchen operations
• Procurement, selection, inspection and preparation of ingredients
• Cut various meats and vegetables as per established specification
• Track inventory stock in kitchen and conduct daily order
• Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
• Prepares food to the specifications of the client
• Prepares food before the arrival of guests
• Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
• Manage other employees in kitchen
• Acts as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
• Seasons food according to recipes or company needs
• Orders ingredients and spices as needed
• Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill
• Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preference
• Direct and lead the food assembly process
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistency in standards of food preparation, food presentation, cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant and kitchen equipment
• Supervise and monitor outlets in charge

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in western cuisine
• Good experience in western cuisine kitchen operation
• Knowledge of good hygiene practices
• Willing to work long hours and OT when required
• Understand western spices well

Working Days: 4 days off per month

Working hours : 11am - 11pm (10 hours per day, 2 hours break)

Responsibilities:

• Identify specific business opportunities while ensuring that new transactions and credit renewals meet the Branch's credit risk acceptance criteria
• Develop relationship management strategy to deepen, maintain or exit the relationship
• Prepare credit proposals/credit renewals while ensuring that the major risks and risk mitigates are highlighted
• Perform the KYC for new customer prior to the establishment of a business relationship, conduct periodical review of existing customer while adhering to the bank wide requirements
• Assist in AML/CFT
• Monitor credit risk of outstanding exposures and ensure timely changes are made to obligor credit ratings
• Maintain close and continuous contact with customers and target customers while monitoring the industries in which they operate in
• Proactively manage deteriorating credits
• Identify possible cross sell opportunities in order to maximize business returns
• Identify possible cross border business opportunities with Mainland branches and overseas branches for joint collaboration
• Conduct frequent marketing visits with submission of call reports

Requirement

• Recognized bachelor degree and above , preferably in Business,
  Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or other related
  disciplines
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as relationship manager
• Excellent verbal communication and good interpersonal skills to
  handle stakeholders across multiple departments

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and support of database, web application servers and web servers running on various platforms, ensure optimal system uptime and availability.
• Manage IT infrastructure and vendors to support areas related to IT systems, security compliance including patching and system upgrades, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Keep abreast of security trends to maintain high level of security of systems and data, and reduce risks to IT landscape.
• Analyse current state of IT infrastructure, service operations and solutions, recommend and deploy changes to improve performance, security, scalability, maintainability and reliability.
• Contribute to the development of the architecture roadmap for infrastructure server (hardware, operating systems, virtualisation, storage, backup, etc.).
• Provide support for related IT infrastructure incidents escalations.
• Work with vendors to implement new IT projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7yrs of IT Infrastructure relevant working experience is required, candidate with retail industry experience is preferred.
• Degree in IT or relevant field, additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, Storage, Backup, SAP Infrastructure is a plus.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, DevOps is a plus.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
