Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the precision engineering sector, focusing on plastics and silicon components.
• Strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes, including molding, machining, and tooling.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
• Experience working with high-tolerance engineering projects, particularly in industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical devices, or electronics.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

The Finance Manager, plays an important role in guiding the company. This role oversees the company's accounting, budgeting, treasury, asset management, insurance, and tax processes. The Finance Manager ensures compliance with regulations and company policies, while driving financial excellence and supporting the company’s goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The duties assigned will be varied; these will include but not be limited to the following:
• Contribute to the the Executive Management team, providing strategic direction for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing, reviewing existing Architectural related designs, coordinating with the client and internal staff to ensure that the project is completed according to contract requirement
• Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Develop and implement policies, standards, or procedures for engineering and technical work
• Conduct technical meetings and liaise closely with consultants.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients
• Monitors the quality and progress of the disciplines on each project, ensuring that those production requirements are satisfied.
• Facilitate recruitment, placement and evaluation of architectural or engineering project staff.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture preferably recognized by BOA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant project/site experience
• Preferably with minimum 3 years’ experience in MRT/LTA project.

Job Description:

• Complete project works on time and within budget.
