The remit of the Executive Director – Asia Pacific is to serve and to grow the institutional membership of CASE in the Asia-Pacific region and to engage with institutional, advancement and CASE volunteer leaders. The Executive Director will work with CASE Vice Presidents to develop budget goals and ensure income generation growth in the region. The Executive Director will provide effective leadership and management of the Singapore- and Australia- based team – in partnership with divisional matrix managers, to support the effective delivery of CASE’s strategic plan goals. The Executive Director provides vital insight and context on the Asia-Pacific region for the successful delivery of CASE’s strategic plan in support of our members in the region.

As an Associate Director, you will work closely with junior staff to design and document the design, finishes, furniture and equipment for projects as well as work on visualizing spaces for internal and client review. The Associate Director is also responsible for managing junior design and drafting staff. In Aedas Interiors we believe that an Associate Director must be someone who is creative, outgoing, articulate, organized, and responsible with experience in hospitality projects

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of interior designers, guiding them in project execution and fostering a collaborative work environment

• Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hospitality department

• Collaborating with team in the design conceptualization and development of the project through hand sketches, SketchUp or Revit models and Adobe Creative Suite tools

• Assisting the team with space planning and furniture layouts

• Preparing project presentation materials such as boards, books, PowerPoints, and 3D mockups

• Conducting presentations to clients

• Assisting in sub-consultant coordination as it pertains to interior design to maintain the integrity of the design intent

• Developing and maintaining vendor relationships to develop sources for project materials

• Assembling information from vendors and entering information into specification forms

• Documenting finishes on construction documents and specifications

• Construction Administration duties including answering RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and site inspections

• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements & Attributes:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture Program.

• Minimum 15 years of related experience working in a design studio in a similar position, preferably with a recognized award winning international interior design practice

The Director, Total Rewards will be a key member of Tesla’s People team ensuring the success of the Compensation function and striving for continuous improvement. This position will lead the Compensation function and be accountable for the leadership and oversight of employee compensation programs across APAC. The successful candidate will be ready to evaluate Tesla’s compensation programs for engineering, energy, sales, and manufacturing environments. You should have outstanding partnerships with HR, Recruiting, hiring managers, and other senior leaders towards rolling out and sustaining successful compensation programs. Ultimately, you will serve as the senior leader of Compensation for a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on all compensation programs, including base pay, equity, incentive compensation, performance rewards and recognition practices
• Leads the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.
• Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and company objectives.
• Partner with leaders in HR, Finance, Legal, and Stock Administration to design competitive, effective, and equitable compensation programs
• Lead and develop a team of Compensation Partners and Compensation Analysts
• Manage compensation market pricing and benchmarking efforts, including identification of benchmarking solutions and participation in surveys
• Perform research on emerging trends, issues, and best practices in compensation, using analytics to help enhance programs, process, or incumbent-level concerns
• Manage and monitor approved annual budgets and processes approved by Tesla’s senior leaders and/or Board
• Manage project plan elements and provide expertise to compensation and cross-functional HR projects

Requirements

• 10-12+ years’ experience in Compensation team leadership
• Bachelor’s degree required and/or equivalent in experience. HR, business administration, finance, economics, or other quantitative focus preferred
• Must be able to effectively talk and write about the company's pay strategy and system, and address any concerns that come from executives and employees
• Must be able to collect, weigh, and analyze data on many factors to determine the best compensation plan for the company
• Solid working knowledge of math and statistics
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Excel.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
• Experience designing and rolling out compensation programs in APAC
• Experience establishing and overseeing external third-party relationships

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design /Merchandising.
• At least 12 Years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years must be in a Supervisory role.
• Possess in-depth working knowledge of Image, Costume, Makeup, Hairstyle.

• Determine the management plans, policies and business objectives related to the management of the Company and responsible for the implementation and achievement of results.
• Establish company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
• Lead due diligence, direct transaction team and coordinate transaction execution and closing.
• Monitoring and assuring data integrity and performance return accuracy for clients and partners.
