Job Description

As a Director in the Singapore office, you will be leading various types of cross-border projects, especially with Japanese companies. You will discuss top-management issues with executives in Japanese company including non-English speakers. Your role is support growth of global business of Japanese companies, especially for expanding client’s business to ASEAN including Singapore. You are also expected to find the investment opportunities with your digital related experience for joint venture business with Japanese companies. We are seeking an organized and team-oriented Programme Sales Coordinator (PSC) to facilitate the effective execution of our diverse portfolio of climbing programmes. The PSC will work closely with the Programme Sales Executive (PSE) and part-time Programme Instructors to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes. The PSC will also manage logistical aspects and contribute to the improvement of our programmes.

Responsibilities and Duties

Primary Scope

• Coordinate and manage the logistical aspects of climbing programmes.

• Serve as the point of contact for Programme Instructors, providing necessary support and guidance for effective programme delivery.

• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the programmes.

• Regularly report programme-related updates to Line Manager.

• Manage the scheduling of Programme Instructors, ensuring fair and efficient rosteringthat meets the needs of our programmes.

• Brief Programme Instructors on programme specifics and conduct trainingsessions as necessary.

• Coordinate the reservation of facilities for programme schedules, resolving any potential scheduling conflicts.

• Handle administrative tasks such as calendar updates, managing programme resources, and enhancing the overall customer experience in cooperation with the PSE.

Job Description

• Conduct in-depth research on various topics, including cultural, historical, and social aspects, as well as professional jobs, and thematic elements relevant to the drama’s setting and themes.
• Collaborate with the writing team to provide accurate and compelling information that enhances the authenticity and richness of the storyline.
• Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to contribute valuable insights to the production process.
• Assist in script development by providing detailed background information, references, and supporting materials.
• Establish collaborations with external experts, consultants, and historians to ensure accuracy and authenticity in the portrayal of specific topics.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree with 3-4 years of working experiences.
• Passion for the media industry.
• Strong communicator with a flair for Chinese drama writing
• Excellent research skills
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, with a strong command of Chinese (written and spoken) for business purpose in Chinese Drama Productions Team.
